Former NFL offensive lineman Ben Coleman, who spent nine seasons in the NFL from 1993 to 2001, has been sentenced to three years in federal prison after pleading guilty to tax evasion, filing false loan applications and identify theft. The judge also ordered Coleman to repay $240,000.

Former NFL place-kicker Tony Zendejas has been ordered to stand trial on charges that he drugged a woman at his Pasadena sports bar before raping her.
Zendejas, who was arrested in July, is currently free on bail. If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison.
