Federal authorities have found performance-enhancing substances on the syringes and other materials provided to authorities by Roger Clemens’ former personal trainer, Brian McNamee. Previous DNA tests had already linked traces of blood in the syringes to Clemens.
Clemens has repeatedly claimed that McNamee had only injected him with B-12 and the painkiller lidocaine.
