Florida Marlins pitcher Henry Owens has been suspended for the first 50 games of next season after testing positive for a performance-enhancing substance.  The 29-year-old  Owens joins Humberto Cota and Eliezer Alfonzo as the third player to be suspended under the major league drug program.  There were 66 suspensions under the minor league program.
