Colorado Rockies pitcher Luis Vizcaino was arrested on Monday and charged with suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after being pulled over for going 71 mph in a 45 mph zone early Monday morning. The 34-year-old reliever was bailed out of jail later in the day.
