Kansas City Chiefs runny back Larry Johnson, who already faces a possible suspension by the NFL, was charged Monday with simple assault for spitting his drink in a woman’s face in October.  Hours later, the Chiefs indicated that Johnson would not be playing for the foreseeable future.  The incident marks the fourth time in five years that Johnson has been charged with assaulting a woman.
