Indiana University’s written response to the NCAA’s charge that it failed to monitor its men’s basketball program argues that that the allegation is unwarranted because former coach Kelvin Sampson and his coaching staff concealed the impermissible phone calls from the compliance department.

So what Dark Side is hearing is that Indiana didn’t know Sampson was cheating because they failed to monitor him.  Interesting… Interesting… Let’s see how that works out for you Hoosiers.
