Lisa Miceli

Lisa Miceli, the woman who insists that Michael Jordan is the father of her nine-year-old son, spent the last 12 days in jail after refusing to comply with a court order requiring that Miceli undergo a mental evaluation and draft a letter explaining that she understood and would comply with a court order barring her from contacting Jordan or members of his legal entourage.

Miceli was released on Monday after having a change of heart and delivering the judge a one-paragraph letter promising she would abide by the order.

Jordan, who denies fathering Miceli’s child, was granted a restraining order against Miceli in 2005. Miceli disobeyed that restraining order to the tune of more than 400 voicemails and e-mails.

Miceli’s persistence led Jordan to bring another case against Miceli in her home state of Pennsylvania seeking to enforce the 2005 restraining order. That case led to the June 12, 2008 court order eventually resulting in Miceli’s imprisonment.

Miceli is expected to arrive home from her stretch in the big house late Monday evening, which means Michael’s cell phone should be blowing up in 3… 2… 1…

Because what you all don’t understand is that its just not that easy to quit Michael. It took Dark Side like five restraining orders and three trips to county before we finally were able to give up on Michael. And even then we had to stalk Harold Miner for a while.
