Former Louisville Cardinals wide receiver JaJuan Spillman pleaded guilty to drug and weapons charges stemming from his July 3 arrest which came only one month after Spillman pleaded guilty to marijuana possession charges stemming from a 2007 arrest. Spillman was sentenced to 353 days in jail, but the sentence was conditionally discharged, provided Spillman can go two years without legal trouble or possessing firearms. Yeah. Dark Side doesn’t think so either, but we’re pulling for him.
