Ohio State defensive back Eugene Clifford was arraigned Monday on two counts of misdemeanor assault for punching two employees of a sports bar early Friday morning. Clifford pleaded not guilty. In less than a year at Ohio State, Clifford has already been suspended twice, once during the National Championship and again during spring practice.
